To enhance the assessment of after-use plans, guidelines have been developed that apply to the current RPP Scheme (version 3.0). In the meantime, the development of RPP Scheme Version 4.0 progresses and will include the creation of a decision tree to improve and clarify after-use destination planning.
Additionally, in 2025, RPP will explore ways to better align stakeholder perspectives and national policies within the EU concerning land use and peatland restoration.
