New Board member

During the Board Meeting of November 26, Mr Tomi Koivula was elected as a new member of the RPP Board where he will represent the organization Growing Media Europe. He replaces Mr Jan Astrup, who unfortunately had to leave the organization and was therefore no longer able to fulfil his role on the RPP Board.

Tomi Koivula has been working for the Vapo group since 2010 and his actual position is Head of Delivery Operations and Development. With his experience in the Finnish industry, he has valuable knowledge to contribute from the Nordic region.
It is his intention to use all his expertise in peat production to develop RPP as best as possible into the most sought-after certification.
He also hopes to gain deeper understanding of the peat industry and to be part in ensuring responsible peat production in the long term.
