New certificates granted

RPP granted 5 new certificates and regranted 2 certificates

 Responsibly Produced Peat has granted the RPP-certificate to the following companies

  • Compaqpeat SIA for the location: Lutinani I, in Latvia;
  • Mullmaster AB for the location Boaryds Udd in Sweden;
  • Neova AB for the locations: Ebbarp mosse, Storemosse Ebbarp, and Rögla och Ramnasjömosse in Sweden.

"This decision is based on the company's compliance with the RPP certification scheme, version [3.0]. Independent inspectors verified the fulfillment of the criteria, resulting in a positive recommendation for certification. During the six-week comment period, no objections or remarks were received from concerned parties.

In addition, RPP re-granted the certificate to the companies

  • AS Kraver for the location Soosaare I in Estonia;
  • Neova Oy for the location Linturahka in Finland.

The periodic re-inspection confirmed compliance to the Principles, Criteria and Indicators defined in the RPP in certification scheme version 3.0. The procedure is the same as for new certifications.
